Classic Chocolate Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. cocoa
    1 can evaporated milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt margarine in saucepan.
    Add sugar, cocoa and milk, half at a time, stirring constantly.
    Add salt.
    Stir until mixture just begins to boil.
    Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
    Makes 3 to 4 cups.
