That Stuff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. stewing beef
    2 cans undiluted cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    3/4 c. dry vermouth
    1 large onion, chopped
Preparation
    Cover with 1 can drained mushrooms.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 hours (covered).
    Serve over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
