Hickory Smoked Stuffed Trout - cooking recipe

1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. snipped dried apricots
1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
3 Tbsp. orange juice
2 Tbsp. toasted slivered almonds
4 to 5 lb. trout
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. celery salt
2 c. dry bread cubes (2 1/2 slices bread)
cooking oil
Preparation

Soak hickory chips in water at least an hour before using.
