Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. ripe bananas, mashed
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oil and egg until well blended.
    Sift flour, salt and soda.
    Add bananas to sugar mixture, then the flour and nuts. Mix well.
    Grease and flour a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Pour batter into pan; bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
