Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. macaroni
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni in salted water until tender; drain.
    Melt butter and add flour until well blended and smooth.
    Add milk gradually, constantly stirring until mixture boils.
    Add salt and pepper; cook for 3 minutes.
    Stir in grated cheese and add the macaroni.
    Serve.
