Baked Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    popcorn
    3/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    2/3 c. corn syrup
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 250\u00b0.
    Fill large roaster with salted popcorn.
    Keep warm in oven.
    Melt butter.
    Add brown sugar and corn syrup.
    Boil to 250\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
    Pour over warmed popcorn.
    Mix well.
    Bake 1 hour.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Cool.
