Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. coarsely shredded cabbage
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 can undiluted tomato soup
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Grease bottom and sides of 2-quart casserole.
    Place 3 cups cabbage in it.
    Saute onion; add ground beef.
    Heat through, but do not brown.
    Spread on top of cabbage.
    Add remaining 3 cups cabbage.
    Top with soup, spreading to cover.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until cabbage is tender, about 1 1/2 hours.
