Stuffed Eggplant Italian Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cooked eggplant
    grated cheese (sparingly)
    4 hard-boiled eggs
    parsley (sprinkle to taste)
    bread, softened in water
    garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut eggplant in half; cut out insides and cook until soft. Mix all ingredients together.
    Fill eggplant shells.
    Place in tomato sauce to cover (no paste).
    Cook in oven 20 minutes.
