Self-Rising Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. self-rising flour
    3/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix shortening into flour.
    Add milk while stirring dough with a fork.
    Turn dough out on floured board.
    Roll dough out to 1/3 to 1/2-inch thickness.
    Cut with floured cutter.
    Place on lightly greased baking sheet or pan. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until brown.
