Oriental Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Shoe Peg white corn
    1 can French-style green beans
    1 can tiny green peas
    1 small jar pimentos
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 jar sliced mushrooms
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 c. apple vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Drain corn, beans and peas.
    Combine all vegetables.
    Heat vinegar, sugar and oil until sugar is dissolved.
    Cool.
    Pour liquid over vegetables. Cover container and refrigerate.
    Serve as salad or side vegetable.
