"Those" Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

15 medium red potatoes
1/2 lb. melted butter
2 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
2/3 c. green onions, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook potatoes 1 day before until soft.
Drain and refrigerate overnight.
Peel next day and shred on large grater.
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Place in greased casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes until brown and bubbly on top.
Don't cover. Serves approximately 15.
