Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans veg-all (drained)
    1 onion (chopped)
    3 stalks celery (chopped)
    8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
    1 can water chestnuts (drained)
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix together and place in a casserole dish.
