Kielbasa And Red Cabbage(Polish Style) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 lb. head red cabbage, shredded
1 large, tart apple, peeled and shredded
1/4 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. lemon peel, grated
1/2 Tbsp. caraway seed
1 to 2 lb. kielbasa
salt and pepper (dash)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except sausage.
Cover and microwave at Full power for 10 minutes, stirring twice.
Pierce kielbasa thoroughly and arrange on top of cabbage.
Cover and microwave at Full power for 13 to 15 minutes or until heated through.
Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes before serving.
