Yum Yum Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 lb. ground beef
2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. wide noodles
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
8 green onions, diced
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook beef in skillet and drain off fat.
Add tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic and spices.
Cook and drain noodles according to package.
Add sour cream, cream cheese and onions to noodles and mix.
Place meat mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan; cover with noodles. Sprinkle with cheese over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 8.
