Potato Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkgs. dry yeast
    2/3 c. sugar (may add more to taste)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. shortening, melted
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    2 eggs, beaten
    6 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 c. warm water.
    Mix next 5 ingredients in bowl.
    Stir in yeast mixture; add enough flour to make a soft dough.
    Chill in refrigerator covered for 2 hours.
    Shape into rolls in baking pan.
    Let rise in warm place 2 hours.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Makes about 3 dozen.
