Pizza Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. hot water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    3 to 3 1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine hot water, sugar, salt and oil.
    Stir until sugar is dissolved.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Sprinkle yeast over 1/4 cup warm water and stir until dissolved.
    Add yeast to lukewarm water-sugar mixture.
    Add 1 1/2 cups flour and beat until smooth.
    Add enough additional flour to make a stiff dough.
    Place in a greased bowl and brush top with oil.
    Cover and let rise in a warm place, until double in bulk, about 45 minutes.
    Divide in two equal parts.
    Roll and stretch each into a 13-inch circle.
    Place on greased pizza pans.
    Top as desired.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until done.
