Corn Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh corn or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, thawed
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, separated
    butter
Preparation
    Mix together corn, flour, sugar, salt, pepper and milk.
    Add egg yolks to mixture.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Fold into corn mixture.
    Pour into a 1-quart casserole and dot with butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Yields 6 servings.
