Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3/4 c. margarine or butter
3 crushed ripe bananas
2 c. flour
1 unbeaten egg
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Cream sugar and butter.
Add bananas and mix well.
Add egg and dry ingredients and vanilla.
Beat well.
Bake in greased paper-lined loaf tin at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
This freezes well.
