Wheat Free Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg yolk (2 whites beaten until stiff)
2 c. sugar
1 Jr. size jar baby food carrots
1 small can pineapple tidbits
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins
3/4 c. oil
2 c. rye flour (maybe more)
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix all together except egg whites.
Fold them in last.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 55 minutes or until done.
