Oven Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. water
    1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of onion soup
    1 (10 oz.) can tomato and green chiles (Ro-Tel), undrained and chopped
    1 lb. smoked sausage
    1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a lightly greased 3-quart baking dish.
    Cover and bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Slice sausage in 1/2-inch slices.
    Stir in sausage and shrimp.
    Cover and bake an additional 20 minutes.
    Makes 10 servings.
