Pasta With Tomatoes, Black Olives And Capers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 or 9 oz.) pkg. curlies or corkscrew noodles
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed through a press
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 (6 oz.) can pitted ripe olives, drained and cut up
3 Tbsp. drained capers
2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
Preparation

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta until tender, about 10 minutes.
Drain well.
Return pasta to pot.
Add olive oil, garlic, tomatoes, olives, capers and parsley.
Cook over medium heat, tossing frequently, 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
