Grandmother'S Italian Bread(100 Years Old) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. flour (plain)
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    4 pkg. yeast
    2 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together with warm water.
    Knead 10 minutes.
    Make ball.
    Let rise for 20 minutes.
    Punch down and divide into 9 loaves.
    Let rise again until double in size.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until brown.
