Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans crescent rolls
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 pkg. dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing (original)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    3/4 to 1 c. of: celery, green pepper, scallions, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, radishes (optional)
Preparation
    Lay 2 cans of crescent rolls flat and press edges together in pizza pan or cookie sheet with sides.
    Bake according to directions.
    Let cool.
