Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. thinly sliced, unpeeled zucchini
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 stick oleo
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. basil leaves
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    2 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella or Muenster (you can use half and half)
    8 oz. crescent rolls (canned)
    2 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    Cook zucchini and onion in oleo until tender, about 10 minutes.
    Stir in parsley and other seasonings.
