English Pea Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. peas, cooked and drained
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can pimento
1 stick margarine
1 pkg. Mrs. Culberson dressing
Preparation

Mix 2/3 of melted margarine and 2/3 stuffing with all ingredients.
Place in greased casserole.
Top with remaining stuffing and margarine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes, until browned.
