Curried Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked cubed chicken
    8 oz. can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 3/4 c. seedless red grapes, halved
    11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1 tsp. curry powder
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine chicken, water chestnuts, grapes, mandarin oranges and celery.
    In a small bowl, stir mayonnaise, curry powder, soy sauce, lemon juice and salt to taste.
    Mix well.
    Stir dressing into chicken mixture.
    Chill up to 8 hours.
    Serve on a lettuce leaf.
