Barbecued Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. onion salt
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    2 ham slices (1/2-inch thick)
    1 can sliced pineapple
Preparation
    Combine
    pineapple
    juice,
    brown
    sugar,
    lemon juice, onion salt
    and
    soy sauce.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered,\tfor 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Trim excess fat from ham slices.
    Grill over medium heat for 20 to 30 minutes. Turn slices and baste with sauce.
    Grill 1 minute on
    each\tside. Garnish
    ham
    with pineapple slices and serve with remaining sauce.
