Corn Cob Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 bright red cobs
    3 pt. water
    1 pkg. pectin
    3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Boil broken cobs in the water for 30 minutes.
    Remove from heat and strain the liquid.
    If not 3 cups, add enough water to make 3 cups.
    Add pectin and bring to a rolling boil.
    Add sugar; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until jelly stage.
