Italian Wedding Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. chicken stock
1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 egg
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. Italian bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. frozen spinach
1 pkg. egg noodles
Preparation

Cook noodles in water according to directions.
In another pan, bring broth to a boil.
In mixing bowl, mix next 6 ingredients with your hands.
Form into grape size balls and drop into stock.
Cook for 20 minutes.
Add spinach and noodles.
Cook until spinach is heated.
Serve immediately with Parmesan cheese as garnish.
Great with crusty bread!
