Chicken And Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dry rice (this equals 3 c. cooked; I use Comet yellow box)
    at least 2 c. cooked diced chicken breast
    1/4 c. French dressing
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 c. celery
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. sour pickles
    2 Tbsp. pimento
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Combine rice, French dressing, onion, salt and pepper.\tLet this stand about 30 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients and toss lightly.
    Chill thoroughly.
    Serve with pepper rings and boiled eggs if you wish.
    Put on lettuce.\tSprinkle with paprika.\tAdjust amounts according to taste.
