Rick'S Best Beer Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. pork, cut into bite size pieces
2 lb. beef stew meat
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 large onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
5 Tbsp. chili powder
4 Tbsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
2 (12 oz.) bottles Budweiser beer
1/2 Tbsp. salt (do not omit; taste for additional salt)
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Preparation

Brown all meat and drain well.
Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
Cover and simmer for 2 hours or until meat is tender. Enjoy.
