Crunchy Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cut up cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. sliced celery
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped toasted almonds
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
1 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except cheese and potato chips.
Place in greased 2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle cheese over mixture, then potato chips.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
