Venison Tidbits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pieces of venison, cut into 1 inch cubes
bacon
2 c. water
salt
lots of pepper
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Cut bacon into strips and wrap around pieces of venison. Secure with a toothpick. Make about 2 dozen. Put bacon wrapped meat into skillet; add water, salt, pepper and sauce. Boil rapidly until water is almost gone. Reduce heat and cover. Continue cooking at low heat until meat is brown, about 20 to 25 minutes.
