Ricotta And Spinach Pie (Quiche) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    10 oz. frozen spinach, drained and chopped
    1 small container Ricotta cheese
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Saute onions and cook until soft.
    Add spinach. In a large bowl combine:
    Ricotta, spinach and onions.
    Add eggs and other ingredients.
    Bake in round pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Eat.
