Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 potatoes, cooked
    4 eggs, hard-boiled
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. oil
    4 Tbsp. cubed dill pickles
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    dash of pepper and salt
    dash of Italian seasoning
    1 small onion, chopped
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cut potatoes and 3 eggs into small cubes (save 1 egg for dressing).
    Mix other ingredients in a small bowl.
    Mash eggs. Blend well to make dressing.
    Pour dressing over potatoes and eggs; toss carefully.
    Sprinkle paprika on top.
