Gooey Butter Brownie Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 chocolate cake mix (may use yellow cake mix)
1 stick butter or oleo
3 eggs (large) or 6 small
1 c. chopped nuts of choice (optional)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

You will need a 10 x 14-inch pan greased with Pam.
