Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted cake flour
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    3 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grate carrots.
    Pour oil over carrots and lightly toss.
    Sift all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
    Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing by hand until well blended.
    Add carrots to flour mixture and mix well by hand.
    Spoon into three 8-inch ungreased pans.
    Bake until lightly browned.
    Do not overbake. Remove from pans and cool on racks.
    Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
