Sesame Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. granulated garlic
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sour cream
sesame seed
Preparation

Combine flour, salt and garlic in a medium bowl.
Cut in butter with a pastry blender until crumbly.
Stir in sour cream lightly until pastry holds together and leaves the sides of the bowl.
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface to a thickness of 1/4-inch.
Cut with cookie cutters in desired shapes. Lightly brush with water and sprinkle with seed.
Bake 15 minutes until lightly browned.
Store airtight.
