Old-Fashioned Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 1/2 c. thinly sliced apples
1 pie crust and dough for top
cinnamon
Preparation

Combine sugar, salt and flour in mixing bowl.
Add lemon juice and fruit.
Add cinnamon and mix thoroughly.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Top with butter.
Add top crust and bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes and then reduce heat to 375\u00b0 and bake until golden brown.
