1 (6 oz.) can water packed low sodium tuna
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped fresh dill
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 c. nonfat yogurt
1/2 tsp. low-sodium Dijon mustard

Preparation
