Ingredients

2 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. egg whites (3 or 4 eggs)
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
2/3 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

In large mixing bowl, beat sugar, flour, baking powder and egg whites until well combined.
Add vanilla.
Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet coated with nonstick cooking spray and dusted with flour.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Yields 36 cookies.
