Florentine Sauerkraut Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. mild or hot Italian sausage links, cut into 1-inch slices
1 large onion, chopped
2 apples, peeled and quartered
1 can large or fresh sauerkraut, undrained
1 c. water
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 tsp. caraway seed
Preparation

In a skillet, cook sausage and onion with olive oil until brown and onion is tender.
Drain.
