Peach Kuchen - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine, softened
1 yellow cake mix (18 oz.)
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 (29 oz.) can sliced cling peaches, well drained
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sour cream
2 egg yolks or 1 egg
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cut butter into dry cake mix until crumbly.
Mix in coconut.
Press evenly over bottom and halfway up sides of ungreased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Arrange peach slices over partially baked crust. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over peaches.
Mix sour cream and egg (yolks).
Pour over top. Bake 30 minutes longer.
Do not overbake. Serve warm.
Makes 12 to 15 servings.
