3 c. all-purpose flour, stirred before measuring
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/4 c. honey
3/4 c. fruit orange marmalade
3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Into a large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Stir in nuts.
Combine eggs, oil, honey, marmalade and milk; blend well.
Add to flour mixture; stir only until flour is well moistened (batter will be lumpy).
Turn batter into prepared pan. Bake 65 to 70 minutes or until lightly browned and a tester inserted in center comes out clean.
