Manhatten Venison Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. venison rump roast
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. bourbon
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. sweet vermouth
    3 c. water
    meat tenderizer
Preparation
    Sprinkle meat tenderizer on all sides of roast.
    Let stand for 1 hour.
