Easy Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 tsp. ground cloves
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin
    1 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, lightly beaten
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour 4 small or 2 large loaf pans.
    In a large bowl mix flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and baking powder.
    Add pumpkin, oil and eggs.
    Stir until dry ingredients are moistened and mixture is smooth.
    Pour into loaf pans.
    Bake for 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
    Cool on wire racks.
