Neapolitian Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chops
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 can mushrooms
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sliced green pepper
    1 can tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown chops in oil in skillet.
    Remove chops.
    Saute onions, mushrooms, peppers, oregano, salt and pepper until tender.
    Add tomatoes.
    Simmer for 5 minutes.
    Add chops; cover and simmer 1 hour (very low heat) or until tender.
    Uncover and simmer for 15 minutes.
