White Chocolate Chunk Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or margarine (room temperature)
    1/4 c. granulated sugar
    1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    1 c. (6 oz.) chopped white chocolate
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt.
    In another bowl, cream the butter with the granulated and brown sugars until smooth.
    Add the vanilla and egg.
    Beat until light.
    Add the flour mixture, the chopped white chocolate and walnuts.
    Blend well. Shape cookies, using a rounded teaspoonful of dough for each.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
