Spudnuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1 1/2 c. milk, scalded
8 c. flour
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
1 c. sugar
3 tsp. salt
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add beaten eggs.
Sift 1/2 of flour, sugar and salt.
Mix into egg mixture; beat well.
Add rest of flour, milk and mashed potatoes alternately.
Let rise in covered bowl until doubled in size.
Knead and roll out.
Cut with doughnut cutter.
Let rise until double in size and fry in deep, hot fat.
