Vegetable Sandwich - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. celery
1/4 c. bell peppers
1/4 c. cucumber
3/4 c. carrot
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 large onion
8 oz. cream cheese
mayonnaise (if necessary)
Preparation

Chop all vegetables finely; drain well.
Add lemon juice and cream cheese.
Add a little mayonnaise to make it easier to spread.
These are better fresh.
